We have something like that here in Detroit, Michigan (ok, well, the Detroit area). It's never gone that bad, but it's still pretty amusing. Haven't listened to all of them, but here's the URL of old one's they've done:

My favorite one is "touchtone terrorist", about half way down the Phone Scam list. "Ooh! Ooh! Eee! Aah!" :wink:
