Mt.Rainer support for LG GCE-8240B??

I have a LG GCE-8240B CD-ReWriter.It has firmware 1.07 loaded on it.LG has released a newer firmware 1.08 for the drive.
I want to know that does the new firmware add Mt.Rainer support to the drive?Also what are the new enhancements of the new firmware over the old firmware?

The new firmware does not add Mt. Rainier support. The only updates for firmware version 1.08 are probably more media compatability. My advice: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I have the LG GCE-8240B with v1.07 and it has been perfect thus far, I see no need to update to v1.08.
