recordnow v7.1, no recorder present

recordnow v7.1, no recorder present

When I try to burn a CD it says no suitable drive, and it says no recorder present. I tried updating the PX Engine and the Firmware but that failed to resolve the issue. I also uninstalled and reinstalled recordnow and that didnt fix it either. Can somebody help me!!!!!!!!!

Can you see the drive in Windows Explorer?
