remove or blur out a watermark

Hi, does anyone know of any easy to use programs that can be used to blur out or remove a watermark on a video without having to crop the picture. Thanks!

Any advanced video editing software that can blur a certain area of the video frames should be able to do the trick. But I don't know which one to recommend...
