Burn baby burn!

simple copy disc question

i have a multi-session CDR that i use each time a sql server service pack comes out. i gave it to a co-worker to copy but it failed. can you copy a multi-session CDR that hasn't been closed yet?

You should be able to copy it. How is your co-worker trying to copy it? Is he copying "on the fly"? If straight copying ("on the fly" or not) in a burning program like Nero or EZ CD Creator does not work then try making an ISO image of the CD and burning that ISO to a new CD.

you should be able to read the files off to the hard drive, no problem, and then burn a new copy of the data.
