the front panel hook up

I am constructing a computer and am almost done installing the hardware is almost done. I have a Aopen AX4SPE Max and was wondering about the front panel cable connections. I know where the power switch and reset switch go but I don't know if they go like this

or this

for the power switch one cable is white the other orange
the reset one white the other blue.

any help is greatly appreciated especially if it is just what the color of the cables mean.

It shouldn't matter which direction the plug is on the motherboard for the power and reset switches, as long as the switches are connected to the appropriate connectors (i.e. power switch isn't connected to reset switch connector).
