Is there a Software "Super Audio" cd player ?

Postby xboxnoob on Sun Feb 22, 2004 10:43 am

I borrowed some Super Audio CD'S - and they are supposed to playback in dolby 5.1 when played in a Super Audio CD player (they got more layers)
Thay can be played as "normal" CD's - BUT i was looking for a 5.1 experience.

Anyone know of such a player ?

Nopes, you're restricted to playback of the normal 16-bit CD layer only. DVD-Audio CAN be played back on the PC with the Audigy2 soundcard.
