which CD burner software recognised USB external CD burner and can burn bin/cue?

It's not quite as easy as that. The software has to support the specific recorder. There is no generic driver for USB-drives just as there isn't one for internal IDE-CDRW.

If it's a good brand then it should be supported in many leading programs.
When I test drives I usually use Nero, Cdrwin and CloneCD.

Plextor PX-S88TU works with CloneCD and Nero. I should work with CloneCD too but I couldn't get it to work.

Yamaha CRW-70 works perfectly with all of the above.

I've also tested Iomega Predator and Memorex DuoBBQ 100 but these are old now and my compability tests are somewhat out of date.
