No volume controls or headphone jack on Cyberdrive CDRW

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but the Cyberdrive CW088D 48/16/48 internal drive and the Cyberdrive EW088U-B external CDRW do not have volume control dials or headphone jacks on their front bezels. I thought all optical drives had this!
