Isn't Magnavox a Philips brand? Unless they pawned name off like Kodak did, it's probably CMC/Ritek/MBIL.

yeah, well if you want a quiet case aluminium sucks.

anyway parts of that case are made with composite aluminium/plastic. it's not all steel.
this case is not heavy. but it's quiet.

31lbs empty is indeed very heavy, consider my huge cube case

its twice the internal size and weighs 16lbs less

not saying my case is better, but steel is very crappy computer case material

noise? mine is barely audible

I've got one of those Bytecc adapters and they are real handy if you have occasional need for that type of gadget.
