Go for the Epson R320 over the Epson R340. They have the same specs, though the R320 uses ink cartridges that other printers use and generic inks are available for it.
The R340 is still new and I haven't seen leading ink manufacturers like Carrot Ink releasing their own brand of ink for it yet.
The R320 also tends to have a number of rebates involved. When I bought mine, it had 2 $50 rebates and a $30 store gift card associated with it.
