Who made this MCC disc?

I bought some MCC 02RG20 discs branded Datawrite Titanium printable.
Can anyone tell me who actually made this disc (CMC, Prodisc ..).
On the transparent circle, very close to the hole it has the number 4363e3914 - 11118c17, and on the dyed surface circle zc9742 - dvr - I47A

I suspect it is CMC but I'm not sure.

Prodisc made it. If it were CMC the hub serial would start with MAH and wouldn't have the "-" separating two sets of numbers.
