Who makes this drive: Iomega 48x24x48 CDRW 55292 ext 3-c

Anybody tell me who is the manufacturer ? Liteon ? Firmware = V010W
External USB 2 unit, in beautiful dark grey/black case. Will it work with KP Probe ?

It's either an Hitachi/LG or a NEC.

anyone else with suggestions ? it's definitly not made by LG, Front looks like Liteon/Sony (from picture I have seen)

Just found info online at some obscure place that that drive could be a rebadged "Sony".
