hey everyone! i am using my new px-712a (plextor) and i am just trying to burn an audio cd. i ripped all the tracks to the drive before burning. i am also using plex tools pro. i have around the net that different types of media might not work well where burning dvds are concerned but i am just trying to burn an audio cd using taiyo yuden media and i keep getting this error. i thought this was good cdr media to burn with? i have also tried re-installing the sw but no dice. should i make the move to some other program? is there a setting i am not configuring properly within plex tools? this also happened while i tried to use gigarec. for now, i would just like to burn a audio cd instead of a coaster. any help would be appreciated.

edit. now i know something is not configured properly cause i am using nero right now to burn an audio cd and it is only burning at 4x. will have to tinker with this tomorrow as it is too late now and i am tired. what i don't get is why nero only allows it to burn at 4x since plex tools is a different program altogether.
