Why will NERO version 6.6.1.4 or "WindowsXP OS burn wizard" not transfer files over to the CDR with the proper file "attributes" intact? IE: Read Only, Archive, System, Hidden - In particular I am wanting files to transfer/burn to the CDR with the System, Hidden and Read Only attributes intact, but every time I burn them over to a CDR the files lose their attributes. using nero 6 i want to save the audio portion from one dvd and the video portion from another dvd from my cd dvd recorder in my computer.which is the best way to do it?save it to my hard drive?but how?thanks.

a friend of mine just gave me a dvd movie that is not commercially made.im thinking of making a copy of it with nero 6 which i never did before.that is the procedure for this?thanks

Thanks for a GREAT forum for Nero problems/solving.
