I am trying to use Nero 5.5 with the multisession option to backup my data. I just realized that if I have deleted files/folders off my hard drive and I have used the multisession a few times previously, then all those files/folders that should have been deleted in the new backup are still on the CD.

Then if I ever have to restore that data all the cleanup that has taken place off the hard ...

As Nero 6.6 introduces short lead-out for CD-R media I would like to know if there are any drawbacks by using this feature. I've seen in this forum that some stand-alone CD players could have problems with this. Can someone clarify this issue?

I installed Windows XP SP2 a few weeks ago and since then i cant burn mp3 to audio cd on Nero 6...i had and older version(but it was version 6xxx) and it gave an error message about compatibility problem between Nero and SP2, so i upgraded to the Nero 6.3xxxx version and today do Nero 6.6,but it still do ...

I just did a clean install of Nero 6.6.0.1 after uninstalling (Add/Remove Programs) and running Ahead's General Clean Tool.

Nero 6.6.0.1 will not accept my Nero 6 Ultra serial number (full retail version, not OEM) which I purchased in August :x

What's going on? I removed the new version (again using the General Clean Tool) and installed previous version 6.3.1.25. This version accepts my serial number ...

The Link to Nero 6.6.0.1 in CDRLABS is wrong and takes to Nero6.3.1.25. May be Ian wants to correct that.

I have never had any trouble exporting a movie using Nero Vision Express until I updated with last available patches. Now when I choose "Export" while in the Edit Movie phase, Nero shuts down.

I am receiving this error message:
"The instruction at '0x00615a12' referenced memory at '0x010b3cf8'. The memory could not be read."

I have never seen this before and have tried several different files to export, all with the same results. Has ...

Hopefully, someone can address my problem since NERO support will not respond.

Recently, i purchased and installed NERO 6 reloaded.
Whenever i try to play a DVD i note a lot of clicking and popping in the audio, although the couple of DVD movies i own appear to sound proper?
Oddly, if i play the latter title using Windows Media Player or Power dvd the sound is perfect!
I would appreciate any help concerning ...

i folllowed the thread from a week or so ago hoping to find a solution for me,
might be similar issue. my c: drive is too full to load up a dvd's worth of .vobs so
i put them on e: drive, then in nero express i select "add" location and put in e:folder_with_vobs then i go to burn it but burn button is gray.

I am trying to create a boot cd using a bundled version of Nero 5.5.9.13 that came with my Lite-On 52x burner. Right now I have a floopy boot disk that will allow booting into dos to restore a snapshot, but I wanted to make a boot cd just in case the floppy fails.

Can I just copy the contents of the boot floppy onto a bootable cd? Or do I have to do something ...
