I am not able to install Nero's latest INCD (INCD4300.EXE). This is the first time I've tried to install INCD. I've never used a direct access program. Apparently, software that came with one of my drives installed Veritas and or Sonic Direct Access.

When I attempt to install INCD, the following happens, the file uncompresses, it starts installing and immediately give me a message something to the effect:

"Veritas Direct Access is installed. ...

I've been playing with Nero ShowTime and I wanted to know if there are any other Nero ShowTime skins that are different from the default skin and the icy skin that you get with ShowTime? I personally think it would be cool to have other skins like the chrome skin for PowerDVD. I got a message everytime i start my OS.

As the title says, I cant get Recode 2 to NOT eject the disc after burning is complete. The "Do not eject the disc..." box is checked in the configure/general section of recode. Anyone else having this problem?

I used Backitup to perform a system partition backup to dvd+r. Popups told me that compression could not be used and verification might fail since I was backing up the system drive. The backup took 6 dvd+r to backup the partition that had 16gb of 25 gb used. 2 of the 6 discs failed verification.

Is this normal or is there a way to get compression and verification to work on the windows partition?

I cannot seem to read ATIP info on my cdrw. It is a Lite On 52327S.
I started off downloading the CDR ATIP Reader Version 0.92
2002 W510. It told me it could not find WNASPI32.DLL despite having Nero 6.3 installed. So I went to adaptec and downloaded their ASPI stuff.
Now ATIP reader loads ok but it doesn't recognize my cdrw.

I recently purchased a Sony DVD Burner which came with Nero Showtime. Playing original DVD movies with Nero Showtime gives me artifacts. Playing the same movie with a player which came on one of the DVD movies resulted in no artifacts. This seems to isolate the problem being Nero Showtime.
