I have an image of an AudioCD, mounted using Nero Imagedrive. Then I used Nero to do a Disc Copy on the fly to my Yamaha CDRW using Audio Master (burn speed 8X). I had the simulation burn unchecked, and the Nero image drive indicated that I can do 50X for Audio. When I start burning, Nero showed a message that it will do simulation burn before burning. Is there a way to disable this? ...

I have Nero Burning Rom (5.5 something). It burns data CDs fine, although it's always had some trouble with music CDs. Now, though, it won't burn my music CDs altogether. Whenever I try, it starts the burn process, and then tells me it "Cannot read this file (C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\NER4AC10029.wav)" (the filename is usually slightly different, and once I was told instead that the file format wasn't supported), and the burn process fails. Every so often, generally from my own impatience, I'll do something which interrupts the transfer of a file to an InCD MRW formatted CD-RW disc which results in it being corrupted. The problem is that this affected file cannot be deleted, modified or overwritten. And consequently the entire disc is "locked", i.e., "Read Only".

So, my question is, aside from transferring every single file other than the bad one from the CD to your HD, ...

I've just burned 2 DVD discs from my new SONY DRU 700A using Nero Vision Express 2 ...now the picture quality on both came out great...it's just that the sound is out of sync....by a mile

What setting do I have to change (or not change) to make sure that the audio syncs up with the video?

Does anyone recommend some other software instead of Nero Vision to burn .avi to DVD? ...

This only occurs when I'm playing back a true DVD.

I can watch a .vob file from the hard drive, I can watch a DivX or mpeg.

But when I try and watch a DVD, I get a lot of pixelation, green lines, purple blocks etc.

It only occurs in ShowTime. Media Player & Media Player classic handle DVD's fine.

Any idea what's causing it?

I've uninstalled Nero, clean tool & regular uninstall.

I used Nero 5 to make a backup CD of all my jpeg files. And I'll be
danged if they all have the file exstension .NCO. Now I can't open any of
my pictures on the cd! Does anyone have some insight into this problem?

Hello everyone, well its been quite sometime since I've been at this forum, so have decided to come back. Ok my Q is I re installed Nero 5.5 with the latest patches and upgrades, like 5.5.10.54 and also the latest version of InCd.

Now when ever I burn or create a music CD, and when I play it back in my discman the sound of some songs is very scratchy and poor quality. I tried ...

I used to burn multisession DVD-R's and be able to read the 2., 3. sessions in my DVD-Rom and DVD-RW...

But now i am using the lastest NERO and even when i burn the 4th or 5th sessions my drives can't read the sessions and also when i continue multisession disc nero shows all the sessions in "Select Track" window but cant read the 2. and other sessions and in come DVD-R's it only shows ...

Someone on another Forum has posted a question concerning an upgrade problem he is having with Nero. Unfortunately, at this point in time, he hasn't provided any information in regard to his O/S or even what version of Nero he is trying to install..... duh! Hopefully he will eventually do so. But in the meantime, he says when he tries to install Nero, he gets an error that says it "cannot create nerocom.dll".

i cannot get nero to burn dvds! it keeps telling me that burn process failed after running for about 30 secs i'm using the nero recode feature but it will not complete i'm using nero 6, i,ve tried dvd xcopy but it gives a simalar fault. all versions are up to date ...
