I recently updated to ECDC 5.3.2.34b Platinum. I am now missing the Project Selector icon from the Win98SE system tray, as well as the option to turn this on/off within Project Selector. The only options now are (1) About (2) Register your product (3) Help. There used to be an option to display/not display the Project Selector icon in the system tray. There are a lot of complaints about this on the Roxio web site, ...

Do any of you experts know for sure whether DCD can be installed and updated for XP Pro SP1 by running the ECDC updater - without having it install any other crappy Roxio files?

I can't read CD-R's/DVD-R's after removing ECDC/DCD. Installed Roxio UDFReader to no avail.

Installed DCD from my ECDC 5 Plat disk but it didn't support my burners (which are supported by ECDC).

I used cdrwin till i installed xp pro now i use clone cd.
but i am in the process of trying cdrwin 3.9b as its better for copying bin files for cd+g back ups.

my question is what ASPI driver cdrwin installs, as i opted to install it with 3.9b. ran aspi checker and it says i have none installed.

How do you organize the data on your CD-R and CD-RW cds? Also how do you make a list on the cd to know whats exactly on it? Lets say there are 100 to 1000 jpgs on a cd how do you list 1000 words on the cd with a cd label, etc?

I have bought this recorder 3 days ago and i have flashed to 150d but i have problems whith BASF 650Mb media blue color, these blank cd-s are 8x writable max but when i am using these cd-s i get blocked recorder every time or even if it goes to the end i get errors in verify process, i am using the newest version of nero 55100.
