Use LTNRPC to make it region free, and the Codeguys have increased read speed FW available - codeguys.rpc1.org

LTNRPC.. seriously. Why don't you want to use it? Even KProbe can disable RPC work, IIRC.

What's up with the region free, Hox? Are you outsourcing yourself to Bangalore?

i just like having my drives region free and not having to worry about region programs

its no biggy if i can't get this drive region free, its more important that i get the rip lock removed and i have firmware for that
