Ok, I might be pushing it a bit far here, but it REALLY bugs me when people miss-use the word "Decimate".

i might be missing a codecs.i tried to install the powerpack lame mp3 en-
coder with the reg. number nero sent me.the encoder wasnt listed in the nero express drop down list.i might be missing a codecs as the encoder

Looks digitimes is incorrect Lite On IT contacted tweakers when the reposted a Dutch version of digitimes news. AFter that tweakers updated it.SO let me give you folks a update on what really is going on. Not what digitimes is saying.

In terms of media longevity, what are the best burner/media combinations for:

a) CD-R (which if I read the NIST report right has the longest longevity)

and

b) DVD (of any flavor - not really up to speed on what is good)
