News of Sonic Solutions and Roxio

I have Roxio Easy VHS to DVS3 Plus. I expected to get Roxio Sound Editor as part of the package but don't see any sign of the software after installing.

- The package has a line on the back "Bonus: Transfer your collection of LPs and tapes to adio CDs and to portable players.
- It also has a sticker: Bonus: Transfer LPs and audio tapes to CDs.
- The booklet has a section showing ...

Please can you help me? When I open my SONIC Digitalmedia Plus v7 programme, I see at the bottom, Destination Selection the words "No Driver Detected".
Is this because I had a new DVD RW DRIVE put in via my insurance? I have xp windows ,Home edition sp2.I am not well up on computers, how do I get the drivers from the internet, step by step instructions may be needed please.

does anyone know where I can buy this program that makes exact copies? I know there was an online download from the website awhile back for $20 but I can't find anything now.

I am using windows vista and I purchased the Roxio "Easy CD & DVD Burning" which states on the box that it will work with windows vista, but when I install it, I get a message that the driver is blocked due to compatibility issues and to contact you for an upgrade that will make it work. Please let me know what I need to do. Thanks, Dennis

while making a cd with easy media creater suite 9 i got the following message...ulong error #0000007...im susecting i might need a new dvd cd burner as i havent been able to burn a cd..does anyone know what the error message means?

i cant believe all these issues...i reinstalled roxio easy media creater suite 9 and i must say it isnt...easy that is.
i tried to burn a cd a verbatium cd and id kept asking for a new cd and the cd WAS new...on the drag to disc it
says "no recorder"and it also says "drag to disc is disabled in this drine"can anyone help me with this?thanks.

my next issue is not being able to burn some cds..when i try it keeps asking foe new blank cds and they are new blank cds...can anyone lend some lighht on this?thanks..
