Kioxia Launches EXCERIA PLUS G4 PCIe 5.0 SSD
KIOXIA Corporation plans to begin selling the "EXCERIA PLUS G4 SSD Series" as a new personal SSD product under the "KIOXIA" brand from late January. It is recommended for gamers and content creators who want high performance from their PCs for gaming, video editing, and other uses. The "EXCERIA PLUS G4 SSD Series" supports the PCIe® 5.0 interface and achieves a maximum sequential read speed of 10,000MB/s and a maximum sequential write speed of 8,200MB/s (2TB).

In terms of power efficiency, this series has achieved an improvement of approximately 80% in maximum sequential read speed compared to the previous generation EXCERIA PLUS G3 series . In addition, it uses a label with a heat spreader to support heat dissipation.
