The MTS series of M.2 SSDs includes three space-saving M.2 form factors (Type 2242, 2260 and 2280) for MTS400, MTS600 and MTS800 (42/60/80mmx22mmx3.5mm). The series is designed to meet future market demands of ultra-thin and light mobile devices that require an SSD, including Ultrabooks, notebooks, tablets, portable gaming systems, and smartphones. As the needs for memory space have increased, the MTS series features outstanding storage capacity: MTS400 offering up to 256GB and MTS600/800 offering up to 512GB. The series boasts the latest SATA III 6GB/s specification, a powerful Transcend TS6500 controller, a DDR3 DRAM cache, and is comprised of high-quality MLC NAND Flash chips.
