Overall, I am very happy with the NBR suite. It is by far, the best CD-DVD burning software on the market. I have experimented with every program available whether it is free or proprietary. Nero is a head and shoulders above everything else in existance. However, I have seen a couple of bugs remain in the software in release after release. This concerns me.

If anybody can help that would be great. I am trying to do Multisession with DVD+R/RW, through Nerocmd. I can burn great to the DVD+RW and have multiple sessions. But when I burn to a DVD+R I get the error:

The disk is not empty, Please insert correct media or Invalid field in command, Invalid track info.

The command I do to write the 1st session is

nerocmd --write --real --drivename e --detect_non_empty_cdrw --recursive --dvd ...

Hi,
I just installed the demo version. When I try to open startsmart it pops up than shuts down immediately, won't stay open.
I reinstalled it two times, didn't help. Any suggestion?

OK all, I'm sitting here looking at SIX copies of Nero, all OEM that came with various drives. Now, is there any way to tell what drive those copies are for, without installing them? I need to get rid of a few burners, and want to give the correct Nero copy with 'em (even though I'll be recommending the DONT use Nero, and instead us CopyToDVD).

When I rip a "Video DVD Movie" using DVD Shrink, after Shrink finishes ripping the file burning process start automatically by Shrink using Nero Burning engine, but if I close the Shrink and later decide to burn the ripped Video by using Nero Burning Rom with DVD Video Module, the burning icon of Nero is grayed out and I can't burn the ripped video files. Has anyone have had this difficulty?. Any hint would be ...

Hello All

I'm having a problem making a compilation on Nero 6. When I start a new Audio cd then try dragging and dropping tracks from an audio cd, i get an error message saying insufficient hard drive space??? My hard disk is 40gb and is only 14.6gb full??? When i go into File/Preferences/Cache, it shows 15,035Mb free?
Anyone got any suggestions? Bug in Nero 6.3.1.6?

:cry: I am a new user of InCD and I have a question. Can you drag and drop files onto both cd-rw's and cd-r's or just cd-rw's? I was trying to put some picture jpg's onto a cd-r yesturday and the kept getting a error message. But it worked just fine using a cd-rw.
