ADATA Releases Ultimate SU700 3D NAND SSD
ADATA Technology, a leading manufacturer of high performance DRAM modules, NAND Flash products, and mobile accessories today launched the Ultimate SU700 2.5” SATA 6Gb/s SSD, which signals further expansion in 3D NAND Flash storage. The SU700 delivers high-grade 3D NAND and uses an all-new Maxiotek controller. Performance goes up to 560MB/s read and 520MB/s write, with up to 960GB capacity. Agile error correction, WriteBoost SLC caching, and virtual parity recovery are supported to bolster data integrity and sustained performance.

More 3D NAND options
ADATA continues to move exclusively to stacked, 3D NAND. The SU700 employs 3D NAND Flash that is more reliable, efficient, and generally faster than previous 2D NAND. The SU700 provides superb value considering the many features it supports, driven by a new Maxiotek controller plus ADATA-designed circuitry and firmware.
Today, CDRLabs brings you a review of Samsung's new EVO Plus microSDXC memory card. Available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities, this updated version of the popular EVO+ gives smartphone, tablet and camera users the capacity they need to store hours of 4K UHD video and thousands of high-resolution photos. The EVO Plus is also UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) rated and is capable of read and write speeds of up to 100 MB/s and 90 MB/s, respectively.
CDRLabs kicks off the week with a review of ADATA's new PCIe solid state drive, the XPG SX8000. Designed to deliver massive speed for gaming notebooks and high-end desktops, this M.2 form factor drive is powered by Silicon Motion's new SM2260 controller and is available with up to 1TB of 3D MLC NAND flash. The SX8000 also meets NVMe 1.2 specifications and is equipped with an ultra-fast PCIe Gen 3.0 x4 interface to deliver four times the read and twice the write performance of average SATA 6Gb/s SSDs.
